Following on from the Manchester show, I will also be present at the London version of the National Landlord Investment Show 2021 on 26th October as well! Here I will be joined by all the Property Elevator angels to consider pitches and my fellow Property Summits chums to discuss property development. Afterwards, I will be delivering a seminar on property deal funding. It’s going to be a fun one, so you should come and join up!

But what is this event, and why should you go?

The National Landlord Investment Show is “The UK’s Number 1 Buy-to-Let Property Show”. It is an annual event that connects thousands of property enthusiasts across the UK, acting as a beacon for anyone interested in buy-to-let or the private rented sector. There are exhibits for you to meet and network with other professionals, as well as seminars delivered by experienced property developers like me. It works fantastically well and is adored by all those in attendance.

To date, there have been 73 shows, over 93,000 attendees, 3,500 exhibitors present and over 1000 seminars conducted. The exhibitors hail from a variety of different backgrounds, including taxation, legal, insurance, mortgages, referencing, deposit schemes, investment, management and interiors. Not only that, you can build your industry knowledge with expert seminars, which property experts deliver, financial specialists and serving members of parliament.

There really is something for everyone who is interested in property here at the National Landlord Investment Show!

Where and when exactly are the different panels on?

Come and join us in London on Tuesday, 26th October 2021 at the Old Billingsgate. Take a note of the address: 1 Old Billingsgate Walk, London, EC3R 6DX. Old Billingsgate is situated between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, on the North Bank of the River Thames. Unfortunately, there are no parking facilities onsite, but the nearest car park is only 250 metres away.

There are a number of different exhibits and seminars scattered throughout the day for you to choose from, all split up into various different rooms. So plan how your day pans out from when doors open at 9:30 am to when they close at 5 pm. There is so much to do and see!

Firstly, Property Elevator Live runs from 12:20 pm-1:50 pm and features the whole cast! The panel will be chaired by yours truly, John Howard, and see the Property Elevator Angels considering pitches from budding property developers like yourself. This will present to you a great opportunity to partner with some of the UK’s most seasoned property professionals.

The Property Elevator Live exhibit can be found at the Auditorium (Grand Hall).

Secondly, I will be delivering a seminar starting at 2:10 pm on how to get property deals 100% funded. As you may already know, I have purchased and sold over 4,000 properties within the UK. During this long four-decade period, I have been able to learn a number of things within the trade that I hope to pass on to you. So come along and learn something useful!

My seminar can be found at Seminar Room Three (Mezzanine).

Lastly, the Property Summits panel will present their Property Development vs Rental – Risk & Reward discussion from 2:45 pm-3:45 pm, which features the whole cast! Chaired by Show Founder Tracey Hanbury, we will discuss and contrast the benefits, as well as risks, associated with developing property versus buy to let property. This is one you cannot miss!

Property Summits’ live discussion can be found at the Auditorium (Grand Hall).
